Tues IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 419. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick pavement on East Bronson street from Michigan street to Marietta street. Said in, - p rovement shall be known and designated as "THE BRONSON STREET BRICK PAVEMENT IMP." and shall be constructed according to theplans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer°, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published p2'2 the . , day :cif Feb and.- :on - the / :.day of Feb, : 19072in the =South .Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the Cith Hall on the " day of Feb 1907, at 7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required, as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 29th day,of January 1907. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 420. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the Cite of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Brick pavement on Crescent avenue from Hill street to Emerick street or Niles avenue. Said improvement shall be known and,designated as "THE CRESCENT AVENUE BRICK PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifica- tions prepared by the City Civil'Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 1L day of Feb and on the,! day of Feb 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will Five a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the26 day of Feb 1907, at 7:15 P. M. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE BRONSON STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed. herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published mn the ✓� day of Feb and on the j�a day of Feb 1907, in the. South Bend Daily Times. Said improvement shall be known and disignated as "THE HOWARD STREET PIPE SEWER IMPROVEMENT"°anD shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the %,L day of Feb and on the Z day of Feb 1907, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on .this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 2� day of Feb 1907, at 7:15 P. M.
