I. & I. Viaduct, under Improvement <br />Resolutions Nos. 359 & 241 respectively. The Board being advised in the matter <br />find that the objections of the remonstrators should be and the same are hereby <br />sustained and all action in the above matter is hereby rescinded. <br />City Engineer was instructed to make some amendments to the Ford Street <br />Assessment Roll for Grade, Curb & Walk. <br />Hearing was given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement <br />on N. Tp*rlor street from Michigan avenue to Marion street, Pipe Sewer on Cedar <br />street from Emerick street to Eddy street, Grade Curb & Walk on Ford street from <br />WOr.en street to the C. I. & S. R. R. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. <br />393, 337 & 397 respectively. <br />In the above matter no further remonstrantors appeared and no further remon- <br />strances were filed. All other remonstranees were over -ruled. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed. November 27th, 1906, is bene- <br />fitted An the amount of ar_sessments as. shown on said rolls, with the exception of <br />Ford street, Grade, Curb & Walk which was amended, and the Board further find that <br />the assessment roll filed November 27th, 1906, and the final estimate allowed <br />November 27th, 1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, <br />confirmed anlapproved as amended. <br />
