Wednesday December The Board met in regular session at 10 A. Ili. Mr. Papczynski absent.' The.City Attorney was instructed to prosecute all plumbers violating the mules of the City hater 'Works and also for violations of the plumbing ordinance. The following bonds were St. Louis & Miner streets Coquillard School Alley Alley South of Wayne street Taylor street Alley South of Colfax avenue Ford street Sherman avenue` Perkins street Perkins street Michigan avenue released: Pipe Sewer Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Pipe Sewer Pipe Sewer Pipe Sewer Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Chas Coussens & Co. C. H. Defrees 'Do. Do. Do. L. H. Webster, Doe Staples & Ackerman James Nelson Do. In the matter of a hearing on Supplementary Assessment Roll for Cement sidewalks on Portage avenue from Hudson avenue to Kinyon street and for Brick Pavement on Portage avenue from Forest avenue to the I. I. & I. Viaduct, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 359 & 241 respectively. The Board being advised in the matter find that the objections of the remonstrators should be and the same are hereby sustained and all action in the above matter is hereby rescinded. City Engineer was instructed to make some amendments to the Ford Street Assessment Roll for Grade, Curb & Walk. Hearing was given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on N. Tp*rlor street from Michigan avenue to Marion street, Pipe Sewer on Cedar street from Emerick street to Eddy street, Grade Curb & Walk on Ford street from WOr.en street to the C. I. & S. R. R. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 393, 337 & 397 respectively. In the above matter no further remonstrantors appeared and no further remon- strances were filed. All other remonstranees were over -ruled. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed. November 27th, 1906, is bene- fitted An the amount of ar_sessments as. shown on said rolls, with the exception of Ford street, Grade, Curb & Walk which was amended, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed November 27th, 1906, and the final estimate allowed November 27th, 1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed anlapproved as amended.
