58S <br />Saturdav December lst. 1906. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent. <br />Plat of Leer's 2nd Addition filed and referred to the Engineer. <br />Enginee�,filed Supplemental Assessment Roll and final estimate for cement sidewalk <br />on Portage avenue from Kinyon street to Hudson avenue, Brick Pavement on Portage ave® <br />nue from Forest avenue to I. T..& I. R. R. Viaduct, under Improvement Resolution <br />No. 35� and 241 respectively. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 3rd day of October <br />1906, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments <br />at its office in the City Hall on the 12th day of December, 1906, at JO A.''M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted <br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.' Notice of -this resolution shall <br />be published on the 3rd day of Deeember,.1906, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating <br />that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in t,. <br />the City Hall on the 12th day of December, 1906, at 10 A. M. <br />Petition filed by ,D. C. Leer for Grade on May, Haney and Broadway streets. <br />Referred to the City Enginee-. <br />President. <br />
