Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />The following contracts were awarded: <br />St. Louis street G rading John Siders <br />Leland avenue Pape Sewer Staples & Ackerman. <br />Engineer filed Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on <br />Michigan avenue from Wilber street to the alley west of Johnson street; Brick <br />Pavement on Cushing street from LaSalle avenue to Michigan avenue, Cement Walk on <br />Lafayette street from I'Tayne street to Division street, Cement Walk on. Vistula avenue <br />from Caroline street to Ernsperger street, Grade, Curb & Walk on Spruce Place from <br />Colfax avenue to the Alley South, Grade, Curb & Walk on Quincy street from Allen <br />street to Cleveland avenue, Grade, Curb & Walk on Vassar avenue from Allen street to <br />Clevaland avenue, Grade, Curb & Walk on Blaine avenue from Vassar avenue to the <br />North line of Cushing Add, Grade, Curb & Walk on Cleveland avenue from Vassar ave to <br />North line of Cushing add, Grade,.Curb & Walk on Catalpa "venue from Alley North -of <br />Leon court to the T. H. & L R. R., Water Connections on Cushing street from LaSalle <br />avenue to Michigan avenue, Water Connections on Peri�ins street from Chapin street to <br />Laurel street. All under Improvement Resolutions' Nos. 369, 3612 39g2 399, 401, 391, <br />390, 392, 3992 3902 369 & 410 respectively. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South -Bend Daily Times, commencing on the loth day of <br />November, 1906, stating that this Board will give a hearing on theamount of such <br />assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 20th day of November, 1906, <br />at 7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above oontracts be accepted <br />and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution <br />shall be published on the 10th day of November, 1906, to the South Bend Daily Times <br />stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its <br />office in the City Hall on the 20th day of November, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on <br />West Washington street from College street to Olive street, under Improvement <br />Resolution No. 326. <br />No further remonstrants appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. All <br />other remonstrances.were over -ruled. The Board therefore find that the property <br />assessed in said rolls filed October 6th, 19067 Is benefitted in the amount of <br />assessments as shown on said roll and the Board further find that the assessment <br />roll.filed October 6th, 1906, and the final estimate allowed October 6th,1906, <br />should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll for Water Connections on N.
