Same was approved. <br />Petition filed asking that the street car service be extended West on <br />Michigan avenue to Johnson street, signed by Calvin Moon et. al. <br />Remonstrance filed by the Witwers et al against the opening of an alley between <br />"Kain and Michigan street from Indiana avenue south, under Con Res. No. rUL. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 21-, deferred u itil Friday morning <br />at 10 O!clock, 1906. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll -for Water Connections on N. Taylor street under Imp. <br />Resolution No. 410 A. deferred until Friday November 30th, 1906, at 10 A. All under Improvement Resolutions <br />Nos. 393, 3952 3912 340, 370, 3$5, 3752 3$6, 337, 336, 3972 379 respectively. <br />Resolve4 that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the -South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 28th day of November, <br />1906, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at <br />its office in the City -Hall on the llth day of December, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and <br />approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be <br />published on the 29th day of November, 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that <br />this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the <br />City Hall on the llth day of December, 1906, at 7:15 P.
