58 5 The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. Petition received from the Common Council asking for an electric light at the corner of Carroll and Monroe streets. Engineer reported grade on Spruce street. Same was approved. Petition filed asking that the street car service be extended West on Michigan avenue to Johnson street, signed by Calvin Moon et. al. Remonstrance filed by the Witwers et al against the opening of an alley between "Kain and Michigan street from Indiana avenue south, under Con Res. No. rUL. Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 21-, deferred u itil Friday morning at 10 O!clock, 1906. Hearing on Assessment Roll -for Water Connections on N. Taylor street under Imp. Resolution No. 410 A. deferred until Friday November 30th, 1906, at 10 A. M. Engineer filed Assessments Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on Taylor street from Michigan avenue to Marion street; Brick Pavement on Coquillard school alleys Brick Pavement on Alley South of Wayne street from Main street to Lafayette street; on Prick Pavement iax avenue from Lafayette street to William street; Brick Pavement on Marietta and Bronson streets from Vistula avenue to Sample street; Brick Pavement on Perkins street from Chapin street to Laurel street, Pipe Sewer on Sty. Louis & Miner streets from South Bend avenue to St. Peter street; Pipe sewer o. Sherman -avenue from Van Buren street to Portage avenue; Pipe Sewer on Ford street from Chapin street to Scott street; Pipe Sewer on Cedar street from Emerick street to Eddy street, Cement walk and curb on Parry street from Division street to Eddy street, Grade, Curb & Walk on •Ford street from Warren street eto the C. I. & S. R. R. Grade, Curb & Walk-on Laurel street from Division street to Perkins street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 393, 3952 3912 340, 370, 3$5, 3752 3$6, 337, 336, 3972 379 respectively. Resolve4 that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the -South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the 28th day of November, 1906, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City -Hall on the llth day of December, 1906, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 29th day of November, 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the llth day of December, 1906, at 7:15 P.
