All members present. <br />Hearing was given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for the following: <br />Brick Pavement on Michigan avenue from Wilber street to the Alley West of Johnson street <br />Brick Pavement on Cushing street from LaSalle avenue to Michigan avenue: Cement siewalks <br />on Vistula avenue from Caroline street to Ernsperger street; Cement sidewalks on Lafayet <br />to street from Wayne street to Division street; Grade, Curb & Walk on Vassar avenue <br />from Allen street to Cleveland avenue; Grade, Curb & Walk on Cleveland avenue from Vassar <br />avenue to the North line of Cushing street; Grade, Curb & Walk on CatajIpa avenue from the <br />Alley north of Leon court to the T. 11. & L. R. R. Grade, Curb & Walk on Blaine avenue from <br />Vassar avenue to the North line of Cushing add; Grade, Curb & Walk on Quincy street From <br />Allen street to Cleveland avenue; Grade, Curb & Walk on Spruce Place from Colfax avenue <br />to the Alley South; Water Connections on Perkins street froff Chapin' str. eet to Laurel <br />street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 361, 39% 3992 3905 3992 380-j 3922 3911, 401 <br />410 respectively. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the proper" assessed in said rolls filed November 9th, 1906, is benefitted <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the <br />assessment rolls filed November 9th,,1906.1 and the final estimate allowed November <br />9th2 1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and at -)proved. <br />Hearing on Assessment roll and final estimate for Water Connections on Cushing <br />street from LaSalle avenue to Michigan ave, under Imp Res. No. 369 was deferred until <br />Wednesday November 21st, 190(,, at 10A. M. <br />Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 24, for the opening of an alley between <br />Main and Michigan street from Indiana avenue South, was deferred until Tuesday November <br />27th, 1906, at 10 A. M. <br />President. <br />
