• SECTION III. Chapter 6, Article 4, Section 6-10 of the South Bend Municipal Code shall be amended to read as follows : Section 6-10. Fees, registration and permits for plumbing services . (A) No person shall perform or cause to be performed the installation or alteration of any plumbing work on or within the City without obtaining in advance, a permit from the Department. (-A.}(B) Schedule of permit fees.
