C "-$'4 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $56,000.00 FROM THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES <br /> CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed for the purchase of a new ambulance, <br /> diver' s equipment and a roof at Fire Station #10. Monies are <br /> available within the Emergency Medical Services Capital <br /> Improvement Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS; <br /> Section I .
