t • <br /> • <br /> SUBSTITUTE <br /> BILL NO. 102-86 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 16q/-5/4 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $232,300. 00 FROM <br /> THE GENERAL PARK FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBER <br /> 01. 0399.0 - OTHER CONTRACTUAL SERVICE IN <br /> THE PARK MAINTENANCE FUND 01. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> Funds are needed for park improvements, equipment, and for <br /> the payment of such other fees and expenses attributable to the <br /> operation of a professional baseball team at the Stanley <br /> Coveleski Regional Stadium. <br /> Funds are available within the General Park Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br /> City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. That the sum of $232,300. 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1986 from the General Park Fund. This <br /> appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public <br /> Parks and will be distributed as set forth below: <br /> 01. 0399. 0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS $232,300. 00 <br /> SECTION II.
