M. <br />The following bonds were released: <br />Lafayette street <br />Columbia street <br />Ohio street <br />Brick Pavement <br />Brick Pavement <br />Pipe Sewer <br />All members present. <br />C. H. Defrees <br />C. H: Defrees <br />H. DeVos & Co. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on West Washington <br />street, deferred until Wednesday October 31st, 1906, at 10 A. M. <br />Five Year Guarantee Bonds of the Union Asphalt Construction Company were filed and <br />approved for: <br />East Jefferson street Asphalt Pavement <br />S. Main street Asphalt Pavement <br />William street Asphalt Pavement. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for Grade';on St. Louis street from South <br />Bend avenue to Corby street, Pipe Sewer on Leland avenue from end of present trunk <br />sewer to Hudson avenue, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 412 & 413 respectively. <br />In the above matter no further remonstrants appeared and no further remonstrances <br />were filed. All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore find in each <br />and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the city of <br />South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same a-�e hereby <br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the <br />26th day of October and on the 2nd day of November, 1906, to the effect that this Board <br />will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the7th day of November, 1906. <br />The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. <br />President. <br />
