65" Fridav October 26th, 1906. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. The following bonds were released: Lafayette street Columbia street Ohio street Brick Pavement Brick Pavement Pipe Sewer All members present. C. H. Defrees C. H: Defrees H. DeVos & Co. Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Brick Pavement on West Washington street, deferred until Wednesday October 31st, 1906, at 10 A. M. Five Year Guarantee Bonds of the Union Asphalt Construction Company were filed and approved for: East Jefferson street Asphalt Pavement S. Main street Asphalt Pavement William street Asphalt Pavement. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for Grade';on St. Louis street from South Bend avenue to Corby street, Pipe Sewer on Leland avenue from end of present trunk sewer to Hudson avenue, under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 412 & 413 respectively. In the above matter no further remonstrants appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. All other remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the city of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same a-�e hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 26th day of October and on the 2nd day of November, 1906, to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the7th day of November, 1906. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. President.
