Mr. Papezyns-ki absent. <br />The following bonds were filed and approved and contracts were signed for: <br />Ford street <br />Grade, <br />Curb &Walk <br />John Baer <br />S. Lafayette street <br />Cement <br />Walks <br />John Baer. <br />North Spruce Place <br />Grade, <br />Curb & Walk <br />B. T. VanderKarr & Son. <br />Vassar avenue <br />Grade, <br />Curb & Walk <br />B. T. VanderKarr h Son. <br />Petition filed by the 1st Church of the Evangelical Assn asking permission to move <br />a frame building from 119 S. Lafayette street over the Asphalt pavement of Monroe St. <br />Granted. <br />Resolution received from the Common Council asking for Grade on St. Louis street <br />from South Bend avenue to Corby street. Referred to the Engineer for specifications. <br />Contract awarded to M. Feaser & Co for Walk & Curb on Leon Court from Kemble <br />avenue to Catalpa avenue. <br />Petition filed asking that William F. Murphy be appointed inspector on the South Bend <br />avenue Brick Pavement. <br />President. <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING OCTOBER 2nd, 1906, AT 7:15 P. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session dt 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll for Cement sidewalks on Lafayette street from Calvert street <br />to Ewing avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 35% deferred until Friday October 5th, <br />1906, at 10 A. 9. <br />Improvement Resolution No. 394 for Asphalt pavement on Notre Dame street from <br />Jefferson street to Cedar street was rescinded. <br />Hearing Given On Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on Columbia <br />street from Wayne street to End of street, Pipe Sewer on Ohio street from High street to <br />Carroll street; Pipe Sewer on Broadway from Main street to 90 ft west of Mich street, <br />Cement Walk'&:°;Curb on. Cottage Grove avenue from Michigan avenue to Portage avenue, Grade, <br />Curb & Walk on Golden avenue from Portage avenue to Leland avenue; Grade, Curb & Walk on <br />Marine street from Indiana avenue to Calvert street, dater Connections on Michigan avenue <br />from Wilber street to Alley west of Johnson street, All under Improvement Resolutions <br />Nos. 339,312, 349, 355, 319, 354 & 393 respectively. <br />No further remonstrants appeared and no further remonstrances were filed. All other <br />remonstrances were over -ruled. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said <br />rills filed September 21st, 1906, is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on <br />said rolls and the Board further find that the assessment rolls filed September 21st, 19061. <br />
