The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Bond of L. H. Webster filed and approved and contract signed for Sherman <br />avenue Pipe Sewer. <br />Bond of John Baer filed and approved and Contract signed for Leer street <br />Grade, Curb & Walk. <br />Bond of T. M. Bauer filed and approved and contracts signed for. Catalpa avenue <br />Grade, Curb & Walk and Milton avenue Grade, Curb & Walk. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 43. <br />Resolved by the Board df Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: -That <br />it is desirable to vacate the following: <br />lst., The alley twelve (12) Feet in width, that runs North from Tutt street to <br />Robertson street, between Lots Nos. Four and Five (4 & 5) on the plat of Elliot <br />Tutt-s Addition to the City of South Bend. <br />2nd.• That portion of Robertson street lying North of the above alley and • <br />North of Lots Nos Five and Six (5 & 6) in Elliot Tutt's Addition to the City of <br />South Bend. <br />The following property may be, injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: <br />Lots Four, Five and Six (41 5 & 6) in Elliot Tutt's Addition to the City of <br />South Bend. And thelarnd lying North and East of that part of Robertson street <br />proposed to be vacated. ' <br />Owned by Studebaker BrOs Mfg Co. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published_on the 6th day of September and <br />on the 13th day of September 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of September 1906, <br />at 10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or <br />affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 5th day of September 1906. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />President. <br />
