158 Tuesday September 4th. 1906. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 407. Resolved . by the �-Board of . Publ c Works'.of ,the City of South Bend, Indiana.: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location andterminal points as follows: Grade, Curb &Walk on St. Peter street from Sorin street to South Bend avenue. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE ST. PETER STREET GRADE CURB& WALK IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith.Notice of this resolttition shall be published on the 5th day of September and on the 12th day of September 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. Thid Board will give a hearing.on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 25th day of September 1906, at,7:15 P. M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required as according to law. Which said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of 54ee per cent per annum, payable as provided by law. Adopted this 4th day of September 1906. BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 405. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be madeof the kind, size, location and terminal points, as follows: Asphalt Pavement on West Jefferson street from Michigan street to Lafayette street. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE WEST JEFFERSON STREET ASPHALT PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifi- cations prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resoltion shall be published on the 5th day of September and on the 12th day of September 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall.on the 25th.day of September 1906, at 7:15 P. M.
