John Papezynr-ki absent. <br />Petition filed for Brick Pavement and Pipe Sewer on Bronson street from <br />Michigan street to Marietta street, signed by Homer Taggert et al. Referred to the <br />Engineer for Specifications. <br />Petition for Pipe Sewer on Leland avenue from lst angle North of Portage <br />avenue to Hudson avenue, signed by Fred. W. Kell er et al., referred to the <br />Engineer for Specifications. <br />Contract awarded to Hoban & Roach for pipe sewer from No. S Hose House to <br />the Washington street Sewer. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on Johnson <br />& Washington street from Fassnacht avenue to Olive street, under Improvement Resolu- <br />tion No. 313. <br />mestrators a eared nd no monilra }Yis w re f l Boar�-cc�� ther ff e <br />find�ia a propertypRssessea in sa ro s ed �ugus nd,'J§Ob, 1rs benei� ed <br />in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board therefore find that <br />the Assessment roll filed August 22nd, 1906, and the final estimate allowed <br />August 22nd, 1906, should be and the same is hereby in all things--�ratified., con- <br />firmed and approved. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution for Grade, Curb & Walk on North Spruce <br />Place from Colfax avenue to Alley South, under Improvement Resolution No. 401. <br />In the above matter the remonstrance was over -ruled. The Board therefore find <br />in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to <br />the city of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvement and the <br />same is hereby in all things, rectified, confirmed and approved. <br />Engineer filed estimated cost as follows: <br />North Spruce Place Grade, Curb & Walk .................... lfZ� <br />Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works that notices be published in the <br />South Bend Daily Times on the 14th day of September and on the 21st day of September <br />1906, to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to <br />10 A. M. on the 25th day of September 1906. The Board reserves the right to <br />reject any or all.bids. <br />President. <br />
