IMPROVEMENT°RESOLUTION N0.398. RESOLVED by the BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS of the City of South Bend, Indiana. That an improvement be made of the kind,size,location and terminal points as follot Cement Sidewalk on south Lafayette Street,from Wayne Street to Division Street..Said improvement shall be known and designated as the "SOUTH LAFAYETTE STREET CEMENT'SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT. And shall be constructed according to the plans and Specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 22nd,day of Aixgust and -on the 29th,day of August 1906#in- the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution -at its office in the City Hall on t*Ae llth,day of September 1906,at q7., l5P.M. A Bond or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor in payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required:,as according to law.. Which said Bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent.per annum, payable as provided by law. ° Adopted this 21st,day of August 1906► ` BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. Said improvement shall be known and designated as" THE VISTULA AVENUE CEMENT SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT".and shall be constructed according to the plans and Specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer,filed herewith. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 22nd,day of August and on the 29th,day of August 19069in-the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the llth,day of September 1906,at7-15 P.M. A Bdnd or Bonds to be issued to the Contractor-in"payment for such work where the property owner signs waiver required,as according to law. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE LEON COURT GRADE?CURB & WALK IMPROVEMENT".and shall be constructed according to the plans and Specifications prepared.by the City Civil Engineerifiled herewith. Notice of this resolution.shall be published on the 22nd,day of August and on the 29th,day of August 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times.
