41 9 <br />Tuesday July 17th, 1906 <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. 19. 11r.Papczynski absent. <br />IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 369. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />an improvement be made of the kind, size, loeational and terminal points as follows: <br />Fourteen sewer and fifteen water connections on N. Cushing street from Michigan avenue <br />to LaSalle avenue, according to a report adopted by the Common Council on the llth day <br />of June 1906. Said improvement shall be known and designated as "THE.CUSHING STREET <br />SEWER AND WATER CONNECTION IMPROVEMENT" and shall be constructed according to the plans <br />and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of <br />proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on thel"�th <br />day of July and on the 25th day of July 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times. This <br />Board will receive bids up to 10 a. m. o the 31st da,y of July 1906. <br />Ad >pted this 17th day of July 1906. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />President. - <br />k <br />SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY JULY 17TIi, 1906, AT 715.P. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Pipe Sewer on Linden <br />avenue &-.Walnut street from Fassnacht avenue to Birdsell street; Pipe Sewer on Allen <br />atreet from Michigan avenue to the south end of street; Water Connections on West Tutt <br />-treet from C. & S. B. R.R to Prairie avenue; Water Connections on Columbia street from <br />Wayne street to south end of street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 329, 3;ZO <br />345 & 436 respectively. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />find that the property assessed in said rolls filed July 7th, 1906, is benefttted in <br />the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board further find that the <br />assessment rolls filed July 7th2 1906, and the final estimate allowed July 7th, 1906, <br />should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />
