_466 The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. Contracts signed with W. H. Burke & Co for Water Connections on Columbia street; W. Tutt street; Marietta & Bronson streets and S. Lafayette street. oved. Engineer reported grad on Olive street and on Michigan avenue. Sane were appr- Remonstrance filed against the LaPorte avenue Asphalt Pavement. EngineeP filed Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Walk & Grading on S. Michigan street, from Calvert street to Ewing avenue, Wated Connections on Cushing street from Michigan avenue to Portage avenue, Sewer Connections on W. Wash- ington street from College street to Olive street, Sewer and Water Connections on S. Main street from Washington street to Jefferson street, Sewer and Water Connections on Leland avenue from Marion street to Portage avenue, All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 316, 3352 333, 331 and 334. respectively. Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing on the llth day of June 1906, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of June 1906,at 10 A. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the Ilth day of June 1906, in the South Bend Daily Times, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of June, 1906 at 10 A.
