The Board met in regular session.at.10 A.-M. Mr. Papczynski absent. <br />Light ordered installed at the corner of Wayne street & William street. <br />Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution for sidewalks on Niles avenue from Crescent <br />avenue to Howard street, under Improvement resolution No. 357. <br />Engineer filed his estimated cost as follows. <br />Niles avenue :.sidewalks ....................$1140.00 <br />In the above matter m-remonstrators appeard and no remonstrances:.were filed <br />The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits <br />to the property and to the City of South Bend are.equal to the estimated cost of said <br />improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 28 <br />day of June and on the 5th day of July 1906, to the effect that this Board will receive <br />bids t1or said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the loth day of July 1906. The Board <br />reserves the right to reject any or all bids <br />President. <br />
