Lafayett�e- <br />street from Sample streeet to Broadway street, Brick Pavement on N. Cushing street <br />.from Michigan avenue to LaSalle avenue. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. <br />3492 360 & 361 respectively. <br />Engineer filed estimated cost as follows; <br />Broadway street Pipe Sewer....................... 570.00 <br />Lafayette street Brick Pavement .................. 122915.00 <br />Cushing street Brick Pavement .................... 32398.00 <br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The <br />Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the <br />property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improve— <br />ments and the same are hereby in all things ratiYied, confirmed and approved. <br />
