44t3 Tuesday May 9 Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for the follow5.ng street improvements, to - Pipe Sewer on Cedar street from Emerick street to Eddy street, Brick Pavement on Columbia street from Wayne street to the north line of lot No. 29 in Birdsell Mfg Co's Add, Brick Pavement on Nest Tutt street.'from Prairie avenue east to the tracks of the Chicago and South Bend Ry: All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 337, 339 & 341 respectively. Engineer filed his estimabd cost as follows: - Cedar street Pipe Sewer .52900.00 Columbia street Brick Pavement 112577.00 West Tutt street Brick Pavement 42650.00 In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to they property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improve- ments and the same are.hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bead Daily Times on the loth day of May and on the 17th day of May 1906, to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 22nd day of May 1906. The Boar. reserves the right to reject any or all'bids.
