The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO. 23. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said city - Begin at the -south line of Huron street and the west line of Bank Out Lot 98; thence south 80 degrees 17 minutes east 267.6 feet to a point 14 feet west of the north west corner of lot 23 in Lary Harris 2nd sub -division of Bank Out Lot 97 thence north on the sest line of Harris sub -division 50 feet, thence north 78 degrees 14 minutes west 269.55 feet to the west line of Bank Out lot 98 thence south 60 feet to the place of beginning.
