4®-. SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING MARCH 20TH2 1906, AT; 7 15.P._.NI. The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. Remonstrance filed against the Ohio street Pipe Sewer. Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 312 for Pipe Sewer on Ohio street was deferred until March 23rd, 1906, at 10 A. M. Hearing on Declaratory Resolution No. 315 for Sidewalks on Corby street . was deferred until Friday March 30th, 1906, at 10 A. M. Remonstrance was filed against the said improvement, by LUtis rickey et al. Hearing given on Declaratory Resolutions for the following improvements, to -wit:. Grade,&_"Walk on Sy Michigan street from Calvert street to Ewing avenue, Grade, Curb & Palk on Fassnacht avenue .from ?Ialnut street to Johnson street, Walks on Eddy street and Mishawaka avenue from Grand Trunk Railroad to Sample street Bridge and to the City Limits, Pipe Sewer o ohnson street &Washington street from Trunk Sewer on Kenwood avenue to Olive street. A11 under Improvement Resolutions No. 316, 3171, 319 & 313 resp. Engineer filed his estimated cost as follows: Michigan street Walk & Grade $ 548-00 Fassnacht Ave Grade, Curb & Walk 32962.00 Mishawaka ave & Eddy street Walks 22500.00 Johnson street & Wabh street Pipe Sewer 7,500.00 In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Diily Times on the.g�'day of idarch and on the3L=-day of March 1906, to the.effeet that this Board will receive bids fpr':said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the,/ -/day of April 1906. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. President.
