Mr. Papczynski absent. <br />Communication received from the George Cutter Co asking that the sidetrack <br />on Division street be extended along the side of the Cutter factory. Referred <br />to the Common Council. <br />Petition for Grade, Curb & Walk on Carroll street, amended so as to read <br />from Indiana avenue to Calvert street. Referred to the Engineer for Specifications. <br />Board of Public Works, <br />Gentlemen: -- <br />I propose to furnish all labor anO material necessary to make <br />the following changes in the No. 3 Hose House.
