The Board met in regular.session at 10 A. M. Mr. McInerny absent. <br />Only Routine Business transacted. <br />Acting President. <br />SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING JANUARY 16TH, 1906 AT 10 A. 14., <br />The Board net in special session at 7:15 P. M. All members present. <br />Hearing given on the Assessment Roll andfinal estimate for the Nigh & Wenger street <br />Pipe Sewwr, under Improvement Resolution No. 294. <br />No Remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore <br />rind that the property assessed in said rolls filed December 30th, 19052 F..:. <br />is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board <br />rind that the assessment roll filed December 30th, 1905, and the final estimate <br />allowed December 30th, 1905, should be and the same is hereby in all things ratified, <br />confirmed and approved. <br />In the matter of the Portage avenue grading assessments, Remonstrances were <br />filed by the Muessel Brewing Company, halter G. Muessibl, Mrs. E. Peters, H. N. <br />Kibler, Kinyon Bros., and Messrs Ritner, by the law firm of Anderson. DuShane and <br />Crabill, against the amounts of their assessments. Messrs A. G. Harlin, Garwood <br />and Kinyon were sworn and testified regarding the benefits and damages to the <br />effected property on said street by the above stated grading. Final hearing <br />on said assessment Roll and final estimate under Improvement Resolution No. 26-8 <br />was deferred until Friday January 19th, 1906, at 10 A. M. <br />President. <br />
