The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent. Opening of bids for the heating of No. 3 and No. S Hose Houses deferred until Saturday December 2nd, lg05. Enginer filed Assessment Rolls and final estimates for Brick Pavement on Ashland avenue from Leland avenue to Rex street, Brick Pavement on Rex street from Leland avenue to Portage avenue, Brick Sewer on S. Main street from Broadway street to Indiana avenue, Street Sprinkling on Michigan street from Navarre street to Broadway street. Main street from Navarre street to South street, Lafayette street from Navarre street to Monroe street, Taylor street from Washington stre-et to 1/2 block North of Jefferson street, LaSalle avenue from Michigan street to Michigan avenue, Colfax avenue from Michigan street to Lafayette street, Washington street from Vistula avenue to Scott street, Jefferson street from St. Joseph street to Taylor street, Wayne street from St. Joseph street to Main street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 295, 293, 233 and 239 respectively. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the 4th day of December, 1905, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of December 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted_ and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th dayo' December, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of December, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. President.
