28e3 <br />Friday September ist, 1 <br />The Board met in regular session at10 A. M. All members present. <br />Engineer filed Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for thefollowing improvements, <br />to wit <br />Brick Pavement on E. LaSalle avenue from St. Joseph River to Eddy street, Pipe <br />Sewer on Harrison avenue from Michigan avenue.to F`uerbringer street, Grade, Curb & Walk <br />on Marion Boulevard, Cement sidewalk on Johnson street from Bertrand street to Longley <br />avenue. All under Improvement Resolutions No.s. 2482 2722 268 & 270 respectively. <br />Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutie <br />days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the <br />2nd day of September, 19052 stating, that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of <br />such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of September, 1905 <br />at 7:15 P. M. <br />Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and <br />approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. -Notice of this resolution shall be <br />published on the 2nd day of September, 19051, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South <br />Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of <br />such work at its office in the City Hall on the 19th day of September, 1905 at 7:15 p. m. <br />Petition -for Brick Pavement on alley West of Michigan street from South street to <br />alley South, referred to Engineer for Specifications. <br />President. <br />
