<br />ESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH, INDIANA. That an
<br />Improvement be made of the kind,sizee location and terminal points as follows
<br />Grade,Curb & Walk.on Lincoln street,,from Washington street to Longley avenue.
<br />Said improvement shall be known and designated as THE LINCOLN STREET, Grade,
<br />Curb & Walk..and shall be Constructed according to the plans and specifications
<br />prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of thie resolution
<br />shall be published on the.,l9th, day of August and on the 26th, day of August
<br />1905, in the South Bend Daily Times. This BoarD will give a hearing on this
<br />resolution at its office in the City Hail on the 29th, day of August,1905 at
<br />7:15• P.M.
