-255 Tuesday August 1st, 1905. The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M., Mr. Papczynski.absent.. Communication received from J. B. Arnold giving the CityY-tpermi.ssion to run the Vistula avenue sewer across his property to the river at Kline street. Petition filed for Pipe Sewer on Linden avenue from Olive to Wilber street. Hearing on Assessment Roll and Final estimate for the Scott street Brick Pavement deferred until Saturday August 5th, 1j05 at 10 a. m: Nr'pe( sident SPECIAL SESSION TUESDAY EVENING AUGUST 1ST, 1905 AT 7:15 P. M. The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. ivir. Papczynski absent. Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for the following improvements, to -wit; -- Brick Pavement on Eddy street from LaSalle avenue to alley South, Brick Pavement on E. Monroe street from Michigan street to Vistula avenue, Brick Pavement on Sample street from Vistula avenue to St. Joseph River, Cement sidewalks on Eddy street from Wayne street to Grand Trunk R. R., Cement Walk & Curb on Frances str-et from Wayne street to the Grand Trunk R. R., Cement walk & curb on Quimby street from Frances street to Eddy street, Cement Walk & Curb on Wayne street from Frances street to Eddy street:r' Pipe Sewer on Vistula avenue from Kline street to Ernsperger street, all under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 245, 227, 2467 2652 262, 2642 2632 235 respectively: Also Water Connections on Vistula avenue from Leer street to Ernsperger street, Sewer connections on Vistula avenue from Leer street to Kline street. Assessment Roll for Vistula avenue Pipe Sewer amended, J. B. Arnold rebated. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed July 14th, 19052 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said amended rolls and the*Board find that the assessment rolls,as amended, filed July 14th, 19057 and the final estimate allowed July 14th, 1905, should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
