Joint Meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> and the Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> The June 28,2004 joint meeting of the Public Works and Property Vacation Committee and the <br /> Personnel and Finance Committee was called to order by Public Works and Property Vacation <br /> Committee Chairperson,Dr. David Varner at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Pfeifer,Puzzello,Kelly,Dieter, White,Kuspa, <br /> and Varner; Community&Economic Development Executive Director Sharon Kendall,City <br /> Clerk John Voorde, City Engineer and Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Dr.Varner noted that at the last regular meeting of the South Bend Common Council a motion <br /> was made to continue Bill No. 32-04 to today. He noted that the committees have been meeting <br /> on the propose Bill and that the next joint committee meeting will be held on July 7th at 4 p.m. <br /> He recommended that the Bill this evening be continued until the Common Council meeting of <br /> July 26th for public hearing. <br /> There being no further business to come before the joint committee meeting,Dr. Varner <br /> adjourned the meeting at 3:02 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Dr. David Varner, Chairperson <br /> Public Works and Property Vacation Committee <br /> Derek D.
