PAYMENT FOR TESTING <br />Costs related to an Authorized Test will be paid by BCRC, except <br />for the following tests: <br />A. Department of Transportation (DOT); <br />(1) Pre -Employment Testing, <br />(2) Return To Duty Testing, <br />(3) Follow -Up Testing. <br />B. Industrial Cleaning; <br />(1) Pre -Employment Testing, <br />(2) Reinstatement Testing. <br />C. Pre -Screening Testing of Applicants; <br />(1) Apprenticeship Pre -Screening. <br />D. The following testing for a New Employee/Applicant/ <br />Traveler whose initial drug test is confirmed as a Positive Test; <br />(1) Any Observed Return To Duty Test, <br />(2) Any Observed Follow -Up Testing required by the EAP, <br />(3) Including any Dilute Retest Under Observation. <br />E. Unauthorized/UnnecessaryTests; <br />(1) Late Random without calling BCRC first, <br />(2) Testing on a Clear Status, <br />(3) Crane Certifications, <br />(4) Testing for Employer Required Time Frame, <br />(5) Retest of Disputed Specimen. <br />F. Any other types of testing that BCRC determines, in its <br />sole discretion, should be paid in a different manner <br />and/or by a person (or entity) other than BCRC. <br />Employees can only be moved to "Archived Status" by a Participating <br />Local Union, a Contractor Participant or the BCRC. <br />When an Employee has been on "Archived Status" for twelve (12) <br />months or more, has not tested under the BCRC Policy within <br />the past twelve (12) months, and is returning to the active BCRC <br />pool, the following will apply: <br />M <br />
