Comm'Wee teport <br /> armm, Atertotion, Cultural grt$ Se etitertattment Committee <br /> The January 26, 2004 meeting of the Parks, Recreation, Cultural Arts &Entertainment Committee <br /> was called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Sean Coleman at 3:15 p.m. p.m. in the <br /> Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Kelly, White, Dieter, Coleman, Kirsits, <br /> Puzzello, and Kuspa; City Clerk John Voorde, Dennis J. Andres,Terry Bland of the 'OUthj tt tttf <br /> 'Cribut * and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Coleman stated the Committee is composed of Council Members Kuspa, <br /> Puzzello,Kelly and himself. <br /> Council Member Coleman noted that the first item on the agenda is to review Substitute Bill No. 2- <br /> 04 which would appropriate $60,150 from the Morris Performing Arts Center Improvement Fund <br /> (Fund Number 416) <br /> Dennis J. Andres, Executive Director of the Morris Performing Arts Center, noted that the original <br /> bill included an amount of $24,800 and it should have been $60,150. In light of the legal <br /> publication of the lower amount, the Council is unable to hearing the matter this evening. He <br /> would therefore be back in two(2) weeks for the February 9, 2004 meeting. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member Coleman <br /> adjourned the meeting at 3:18 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Sean Coleman, Chairperson <br /> Parks,Recreation, Cultural Arts&Entertainment Committee <br /> KCF:kmf <br />
