In response to a question from Dr. Varner, Mr. Allen stated that the timeline is still to <br /> have the website ready by the end of the year. He stated that it would be managed in house. Mr. <br /> 011ett stated that the infrastructure would be managed by IT since they already have the <br /> hardware.
