TEAM PROJECT APPROACH RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 9HWC ENGINEERING | CITY OF SOUTH BEND: COAL LINE TRAIL (PHASE II)FIRM OVERVIEW <br />HWC was responsible for the full-time inspection of the construction of Phase I of the <br />Kitselman Trail and Bridge over the White River in Muncie, Indiana. <br />Project elements included construction of pedestrian trail bridge end bents, piers, <br />floodwall, and slab spans with recessed decorative lighting over the White River. <br />Other project work included a newly paved trail connection to the Cardinal <br />Greenway and partial trail construction for future development to access the <br />Kitselman Pure Energy Park. <br />This project was funded by INDOT and City of Muncie and the project cost was <br />approximately $1.1 million. <br />HWC provided project management, project engineering, survey, and <br />construction inspection services for the Creekside Corporate Park project in <br />Zionsville, Indiana. <br />Creekside is a conservation office park that includes corporate headquarters <br />and office buildings built alongside beautiful ravines and woodlands. <br />The development includes several amenities in the open space areas, <br />including trails and a fitness pocket park. The trail system includes nearly <br />3,750’ of paths and six pedestrian bridges within the natural open space, in <br />addition to a pathway system along all of the roadways. <br />This project was fully funded by the Zionsville Redevelopment Commission <br />and the project cost was $4.1 million. <br />Creekside Corporate Park <br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: HWC <br />Kitselman Trail Enhancement, Bike, & Pedestrian Facilities <br />MUNCIE, IN ZIONSVILLE, IN
