<br />QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Mr. Day manages a group of 26 part- and full-time
<br />inspectors. In this role, Mr. Day sets up and assists in
<br />inspection contract budgets, staffs all field inspection
<br />projects, ensures all staff members complete project
<br />paperwork, and communicates all relevant project
<br />information to the client in an accurate and timely
<br />manner. With more than 16 years of experience, He
<br />is skilled at evaluating problems and recommending
<br />solutions to all project challenges. Mr. Day maintains
<br />his INDOT certifications and assists with field
<br />inspection duties as needed.

<br />QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Ms. Garcia has three years of construction
<br />inspection experience primarily focusing on INDOT
<br />LPA and INDOT on-call projects. She has spent
<br />the entirety of the 2020 and 2021 construction
<br />seasons performing inspection and assistant PE/
<br />PS duties in Seymour District and Greenfield District
<br />on these on-call assignments. She has learned
<br />the INDOT SiteManager program and is skilled at
<br />entering construction daily reports and material
<br />records in the program. Throughout her career,
<br />she has expanded her knowledge in HMA paving,
<br />storm sewer, earthwork operations, and concrete
<br />sidewalk installation. Ms. Garcia is an INDOT-certified
<br />construction inspector and fully certified in INDOT
<br />Independent Assurance Testing. She has completed
<br />her INDOT Level I Stormwater certification and her 10
<br />Hour OSHA certification.

<br />by the State of Indiana as a Women’s Business Enterprise
<br />(WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
