PROJECT MANAGER <br />AND KEY STAFF <br />APEC‘s team members have successfully provided Construction <br />Inspection services on many INDOT projects. We are well versed <br />with INDOT standards and have a thorough understanding of <br />INDOT’s practices and specifications. Based on current and <br />anticipated workloads, our staff will be able to handle the capacity <br />needed by INDOT to fulfill this contract efficiently. Our <br />management and key staff for this project include the following: <br />Richard Ballard, Jr. P.E.is a <br />Geotechnical Engineer with <br />APEC.He has over 12 years <br />experience in geotechnical <br />engineering, construction <br />inspection, and field & <br />laboratory testing.
