The consumption of beverages containing alcohol or substances in which alcohol is present <br />(including any medication, mouthwash, food, candy) or any other substance in which alcohol is <br />present while performingjob functions for TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCROFT ELECTRIC is <br />prohibited. <br />G. Prohibited Conduct <br />No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty while having an alcohol concentration of <br />0.04 or greater. <br />No employee shall use alcohol while performing their job functions. <br />No employee shall perform their job functions within four (4) hours after using alcohol. <br />No employee required to take a post -accident alcohol test shall use alcohol for eight (8) hours <br />following the accident or until he/she undergoes a post -accident alcohol test, whichever <br />occurs first. <br />No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty when the employee uses any controlled <br />substance, except when the use is pursuant to the instructions of a licensed medical practitioner <br />who advised the employee that the substance will not adversely affect the employee's ability to <br />perform their job duties. <br />No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty, if the employee tests positive for <br />controlled substances or has adulterated or substituted a test specimen. <br />UnderTGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCRO FT ELECTRIC independent authority, engaging in <br />unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of prohibited substances is <br />prohibited by any employee of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA SrTBANCROFT ELECTRC. Employees <br />who violate this provision will beterminated. <br />Employees who violate any of these provisions will be terminated. <br />All employees of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCROFT ELECTRIC are required to notifytheir <br />supervisor within five (5) days of any criminal drug statute conviction. Failure to comply with <br />this provision shall result in termination. <br />H. Compliance with Testing Requirements <br />All employees of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S'T BANCROFT ELECTRIC will be subject to urine drug <br />testing and breath alcohol testing. A refusal to test is considered a violation of TGB UNLIMITED, <br />INC. DBA S/T BANCROFT ELECTRIC policy and will lead to immediate removal from duty and <br />termination of employment. <br />
