The consumption of beverages containing alcohol or substances in which alcohol is present (including any medication, mouthwash, food, candy) or any other substance in which alcohol is present while performingjob functions for TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCROFT ELECTRIC is prohibited. G. Prohibited Conduct No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty while having an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater. No employee shall use alcohol while performing their job functions. No employee shall perform their job functions within four (4) hours after using alcohol. No employee required to take a post -accident alcohol test shall use alcohol for eight (8) hours following the accident or until he/she undergoes a post -accident alcohol test, whichever occurs first. No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty when the employee uses any controlled substance, except when the use is pursuant to the instructions of a licensed medical practitioner who advised the employee that the substance will not adversely affect the employee's ability to perform their job duties. No employee shall report for duty or remain on duty, if the employee tests positive for controlled substances or has adulterated or substituted a test specimen. UnderTGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCRO FT ELECTRIC independent authority, engaging in unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of prohibited substances is prohibited by any employee of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA SrTBANCROFT ELECTRC. Employees who violate this provision will beterminated. Employees who violate any of these provisions will be terminated. All employees of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCROFT ELECTRIC are required to notifytheir supervisor within five (5) days of any criminal drug statute conviction. Failure to comply with this provision shall result in termination. H. Compliance with Testing Requirements All employees of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S'T BANCROFT ELECTRIC will be subject to urine drug testing and breath alcohol testing. A refusal to test is considered a violation of TGB UNLIMITED, INC. DBA S/T BANCROFT ELECTRIC policy and will lead to immediate removal from duty and termination of employment.
