Hawk utilizes the local union hall for all hiring <br />practices. Currently, Hawk ensures we have sufficient employees on staff to complete the work. <br />(v) —All individuals who will perform work on this public work project are classified as employees. <br />(vi) — Hawk Enterprises, Inc is signatory to IBEW LOCAL 1393 and LOCAL 9 and therefore participates in <br />apprenticeship and training programs as required by IBEW, who of which is approved and registered with the <br />United States Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship. <br />(vii) — See attached employee drug and alcohol policy. <br />(viii) —See attached evidence (bond) of Hawk's surety company, Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, <br />which is on the list of approved sureties provided by the Bureau of Fiscal Service. <br />(ix) — Hawk Enterprises, Inc. owes no federal, state, or local tax liens or tax delinquencies. <br />(i) List of projects of similar size and scope: <br />1.
