Mr. Custard requests that bids for Item 3 <br />tn <br />and Item 6 be rejected and re-bid. <br />11herefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be <br />awarded as outlined above and bids for Items 3 and 6 be rejected and rebid. Mr. Inks seconded <br />the motion, which carried. <br />Q-QZI—CO <br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted Change Order No. 6 on behalf <br />of Brown & Brown General Contractors, Post Office Box 487, 124 South Elkhart Street, <br />Wakarusa, Indiana 46573-0487, indicating the Contract amount be increased by $11,040.00 for a <br />new Contract sum, including this Change Order, in the amount of $2,165,571.53. Upon a motion <br />Made by Mr. Gilot, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the Change Order was approved. <br />
