Commissioner Dobson noted that they were revised when Dr. Carson came on board,and <br /> are being updated again. He added that the Brothers of Holy Cross do not have suitable soils for <br /> a septic tank system. <br /> Council President White thanked everyone for coming and hoped that those in attendance <br /> found the working luncheon with the South Bend Common Council to be informative.
