White at 3:55 p.m. p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Kelly, White, Dieter, Coleman, Kirsits, <br /> Puzzello, Varner, Pfeifer, and Kuspa; City Clerk John Voorde, Terry Bland of the 'outh b ttb <br /> ZCribunt and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council President White noted that the members of the Committee included Dr. Varner, Council <br /> Member Puzzello and herself. <br /> Council President White then called for a presentation on Bill No. 05-04 which would amend <br /> Chapter 2, Article 1, § 2-10 (l)(1) of the South Bend Municipal Code addressing Standing <br /> Committees of the South Bend Common Council. <br /> Council Member Coleman, the sponsor of the bill, made the presentation. He noted that he sees <br /> this Bill as an administrative matter, to shorten the title of the Committee which he chairs, so that it <br /> will have the acronym"PARC"Committee. <br /> There was no one from the public to speak in favor or in opposition to the Bill. <br /> Following discussion,Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Puzzello, that Bill <br /> No. 05-04 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 3:59 <br /> P.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council President Karen L.
