<br /> I hereby Certify that the above referenced ordinance of City of South Bend and City of South Bend Dept. of
<br /> Redevelopment,and MM Vance LLC was legally advertised on Thursday, December 06,2012 and that the Area
<br /> Plan Commission at its public hearing on Tuesday, December 18,2012 took the following action:
<br /> Upon a motion by John McNamara, being seconded by Dan Brewer and unanimously carried,the
<br /> proposed ordinance of City of South Bend and City of South Bend Dept. of Redevelopment,and
<br /> MM Vance LLC to zone from MU Mixed Use District to LI Light Industrial District,property
<br /> located at 1017 W. Indiana, 1527, 1531 Kemble Street and the vacant property south of and
<br /> adjacent to 1531 Kemble Street, City of South Bend, is sent to the Common Council with a
<br /> favorable recommendation.This rezoning will facilitate the expansion of an existing business in an
<br /> area under transition,an area which very well may see redevelopment activities that support the
<br /> businesses that will locate in Ignition Park.
<br /> The deliberations of the Area Plan Commission and points considered in arriving at the above decision are
<br /> shown in the minutes of the public hearing,and will be forwarded to you at a later date to be made a part of
<br /> this report.
