Written description (existing condition, evaluation by repair professional) <br />x The 2nd story roof-line cutout provides inadequate drainage, which to date has caused <br />substantial water damage in the dining room ceiling and requires immediate attention to <br />prevent further water damage. To remediate this issue, we are recommending extending the <br />roof line. closing the roof cutout and removing existing window. The existing window would be <br />replaced with 3 appropriately sized windows to match the new proposed roofline. <br />x Evaluation from Dad <br />Overview of project (materials, scale, dimensions, construction methods, alterations, etc.) <br />x Extend the roof slant over the existing cutout <br />o Shingle details? <br />x Replace existing window with size-appropriate ones <br />o 3 windows <br />o Each 24 in. x 20 in. <br />o W-2500 Series Black Painted Clad Wood Awning Window <br /> <br />Photographs (full front from street view, each side effected by project, closeup detail of project areas) <br /> <br />EXISTING – Second story roof line (south side).
