Written description (existing condition, evaluation by repair professional) <br />x The 2nd story roof-line cutout provides inadequate drainage, which to date has caused <br />substantial water damage in the dining room ceiling and requires immediate attention to <br />prevent further water damage. To remediate this issue, we are recommending extending the <br />roof line. closing the roof cutout and removing existing window.
