The soffits are deteriorating to the point that they hang below the <br /> gutters. Multiple companies were brought out to give quotes, they spoke of a flawed design and none would do wood. Aluminum provides greater energy efficiency, less <br />maintenence, no worry of rot or deterioration and creates a stronger barrier against bugs and critters finding there way into the house. (We've had bats in the house before!). <br />Thank you for considering our request, our house is from the 50's and aluminum was used during this time.
