Description of Modifications: <br /> <br />a. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance <br />with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: <br /> <br />Engineer shall provide bid support, construction administration support, grant reporting, <br />and as-built/final reporting for the construction phase of the Riverside Drive <br />Stabilization Project. <br />Tasks include: <br />-Update of bid documents to bring plans and specifications in agreement with <br />requirements of Great Lakes Sediment and Nutrient Reduction Program (GLSNRP) and <br />Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) Lake and River Enhancement <br />(LARE) program. Further all right-of-entry documents will be incorporated into <br />specifications <br />-Prebid meeting (1 visit) <br />-Issue addenda and address contractor questions <br />-Preconstruction meeting (1 visit) <br />-Projet kickoff meeting for Great Lakes Commission & LARE staff (1 visit) <br />-Project materials approval <br />-Weekly site inspections/visits during construction (Up to 12 visits)
