Klosinski, P.E., Assistant City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: 120-026 Airport Annexation Area Water Main Extension <br />(PROJ00000012: Chocolate Factory Sewer/Water Extension) <br />Agenda Request – Notice to Bidders <br />DATE: October 5, 2020 <br /> <br />The Division of Engineering and Division of Utilities requests the Board of Public Works approval of <br />a Notice to Bidders (see attached) for Project No. 120-026 Airport Annexation Area Water Main <br />Extension. <br /> <br />This project will extend water main from the intersection of US 20 and Pine Road along the <br />south side of US 20 to the intersection of US 20 and Olive Road near the US 20 and US 31 <br />interchange. This work is in conjunction with an approved development agreement with the <br />South Bend Chocolate Company development located southwest of the US 20 and US 31 <br />Interchange. <br /> <br />Funding Source: River West TIF <br /> <br />For questions regarding the subject agenda request, contact Jacob M.
