1 <br />Adam Toering <br />From:Karen Landry < <br />Sent:Friday, September 24, 2021 4:58 PM <br />To:Adam Toering <br />Subject:952 Riverside Drive <br />Attachments:Howard Deck - Layout (2).pdf <br />Follow Up Flag:Follow up <br />Flag Status:Flagged <br />Adam,  <br />I spoke with my coworker/designer about the future of this project.   <br />He has advised that this current project is step one of three.  <br />1. Peacock is  removing the existing deck as it is unsafe. We will nail a 2x4 across the existing patio door for safety.  <br />2. 3D will be installing "giant screw anchors" which in our trade are called Helical piers for a new foundation. Totally  <br />separate work from Peacock.  <br />3. Peacock will propose a new deck (drawing attached).  <br />  <br />We are hoping to complete this work yet this fall.  <br />
