The unit shall <br />be bid as a compete unit, no split or partial bids will be accepted. Unit's bid shall have been <br />manufactured in the USA. Units to be bid with and without trade-ins. Vendor to complete <br />bid proposal, trade-in, and nondiscrimination commitment contained in this bid specification <br />and attach to the submitted bid. <br />These specifications are the minimum scope of the technology and performance needed for <br />the City of South Bend Organic Resource Center.
