The Board of Park Commis <br />Bend requires that you complete the emergency maintenance of the tree/shrub. The <br />maintenance may include pruning, or removal. To ensure the safety of all South Bend <br />residents, we ask for your cooperation by complying with the tree and shrub regulations <br />of Section 19 of the municipal code. <br />Below are the details of your tree/shrub and the emergency maintenance, as determined <br />by the City of South Bend Urban forester: <br />Tree/Shrub Species: (1) Mulberry Tree (dead) <br />Location on Property: front yard <br />Required Maintenance: remove <br />The Urban Forester will return to your property to check on the condition of the <br />tree/shrub 45 days after the date on this letter.
