Bill No. 102-03 - Will need a motion to set this bill for Public Hearing on January <br /> 12, 2004 and be sent to the Health and Public Safety Committee. <br /> 21. Bill No. 72-03 - Will need a motion to strike at the request of the Petitioner. <br /> 22. Councilmember King noted that Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand has <br /> reviewed the Agreement submitted by Adapto as it relates to their tax abatement <br /> petition.
