SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL NOVEMBER 10, 2003 <br /> INFORMAL MEETING <br /> The November 10, 2003 Informal Meeting of the South Bend Common Council was called to <br /> order by Council President Karen L. White at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> The following Councilmembers were in attendance: <br /> James Aranowski 1 S`District <br /> Charlotte Pfeifer 2'District <br /> Roland Kelly 3rd District <br /> Karl King 4th District Chairperson, Committee of the Whole <br /> David Varner 5th District <br /> Ervin Kuspa 6th District <br /> Sean Coleman At-Large Vice-President <br /> Al `Buddy"Kirsits At-Large <br /> Karen L. White At-Large President <br /> Also present were: <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand Council Attorney <br /> Loretta J. Duda City Clerk <br /> Sandra M. Parmerlee Chief Deputy City Clerk <br /> Janice I. Talboom Deputy City Clerk <br /> Council President White reviewed the Council agenda noting the following information: <br /> 1. Under Special Business four(4)youth and one (1) liaison will be sworn in to the <br /> Youth Advisory Council. This will bring the total membership to sixteen(16) <br /> members and three(3) liaisons. <br /> 2. Bill No. 71-03 - Favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation <br /> Committee. <br /> 3. Bill No. 72-03 - Will need a motion to continue this bill until November 24, 2003 <br /> at the request of the Petitioner. <br /> 4. Bill No. 75-03 - Will need a motion to continue this bill until the December 8, <br /> 2003 meeting of the Council at the request of the Petitioner. <br /> 5. Bill No. 80-03 -President White advised that this is a substitute bill. <br />
